If your case is lost, nothing is owed to Plaintiff Support. If your case is successful, you simply pay a $250 processing fee and a $100 case monitoring fee, as well as a low monthly rate on your account.
At no time does Plaintiff Support interfere with your attorney’s handling of a case.
Post-settlement Express Settle™ Funding
Congratulations! Your case has settled. Unfortunately it can take up to six months before you will actually receive the money you are owed. Thankfully, Plaintiff Support can provide you with the post-settlement funds you need so you can support your family.
